Olympus SP-810UZ

Introduced in 2011, the Olympus SP-810UZ is an ultra-zoom bridge camera engineered to pack maximum reach into a reasonably compact frame. It combines a 14.0-megapixel CCD sensor with an expansive 36x optical zoom lens starting at a wide 24mm equivalent. A 3.0-inch 16:9 widescreen display and ergonomic right-hand grip make composition steady.

It is great for outdoor sightseers, nature spotters, and holiday travelers who want to capture faraway monuments or wildlife without lugging heavy glass. In sunlit conditions, it provides crisp telephoto framing and rich color rendering. Realistically, autofocus struggles in low lighting, and shooting handheld at maximum zoom requires a very steady posture.
