We stand behind the functional condition of our cameras and will accept returns for items that are found to have a functional defect that was not disclosed in the product listing, subject to the terms below.

1. Warranty & Return Period

Any request for a return, refund, or exchange must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. The item must be returned to us within the timeframe specified by our team when the return is approved. The camera must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold, together with all original components, accessories, and items included with the purchase. The camera must be received and inspected by us before any refund or exchange is processed. Refunds or exchanges will only be approved where the item is confirmed to have a functional defect that was not disclosed at the time of sale.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the camera must not show evidence of:

- Accidental damage, impact, or mishandling
- Water or liquid damage
- Improper use or operation
- Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or alterations
- Damage caused by accessories or third-party equipment
- Any other damage that occurred after the item was received by the buyer

We reserve the right to reject a return if, following inspection, we determine that the reported issue was caused by accidental damage, misuse, alteration, or other circumstances outside our control. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely and adequately packaged. We are not responsible for damage, loss, or theft occurring during return shipping.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Where a qualifying functional defect is confirmed, we may, at our discretion and subject to availability:

- Offer an exchange for the same or an equivalent item; or
- Provide a refund of store credits for the purchase price of the defective item.

If the same item is no longer available, we will discuss the available options with the buyer. A refund or exchange will only be processed after the returned camera has been received and inspected.
